Art on Tap at Wine & Brew

Jonathan McComber has accumulated 15 years of artwork, and it is now on display at the Wine & Brew in Dunedin, FL.  The Wine and Brew is a relatively recent addition to the Dunedin House of Beer (HOB) on Broadway, established in 2013 to cater to the wine-drinking, art-loving crowd.  A blackboard above the bar reads “Support Art” in big blue letters.  Opening night, the place looks more like an art gallery than a bar.  Jonathan’s framed sketches and  panels decorate the walls, showing an artist’s development over 15 years – from student to professional street/urban artist.  As I stood before BOY, I somehow felt I was standing within Jonathan’s dream-like creation.

The Wine and Brew is to host Jonathan’s Project Artifact through September 11th.  Subscribe to Wine & Brew’s events feed on Facebook for notifications about future art shows.  If you are interested in other events featuring Jonathan McComber’s artwork, check his Facebook or Instagram page.

  1. Thank you so much for the amazing article, and great pictures! We will spread this on our social media.

Jonathan’s work will be hanging until the 11th of August, and we have another local artist coming in on the 18th. I hope you can come out for that event, too.

        1. We just announced our next show yesterday! His name is Yhali Ilan and he is know for his Caricature work around Dunedin/Clearwater, but we are going to fill the space with his doodles and big paintings. Its going to be a fun event, I hope you can make it!
