I got a compact system camera so it would be small and lightweight enough for me to carry around most of the time, but still there are some days that I just don’t feel like it. There are also some places and things that I never would have imagined were photogenic until I saw them firsthand. Today I brought an un-charged camera to the beach by accident. In these situations, I pull out my old iPhone. The photos below were taken in the Tampa Bay area over the past week with my iPhone 4.
Last Sunday I captured a small gathering of music-lovers on the Dunedin Causeway.
I loved these old canoes on their rickety old trailer visiting the Dunedin Causeway.
I call shrimp season that special time of year when I can get fresh Florida shrimp for under $10 a pound. I’ll be cooking these up sometime this week.
View from the porch of Frenchy’s Rockaway on Clearwater Beach as the rain comes in.
The grouper sandwich is the reigning King at Frenchy’s – a local favorite on Clearwater Beach, and my personal favorite place to get a grouper sandwich.
It started raining bout halfway through our lunch at Frenchy’s. The restaurant pulls down screens to keep the water out.
P.S. I can’t wait to upgrade to the new iPhone 6. Have you seen the photos being taken with this thing? If not, you should definitely check them out at the World Gallery.
