A couple months ago I reached out to friends, family, and strangers via Facebook to find out where the best happy hours in Tampa Bay are. I received very few responses, which only confirms that we really need this list. I searched the internet, looked for Happy Hour advertisements in the local papers, and collected recommendations to come up with the following list of Happy Hours in the Tampa Bay area. Right now it falls somewhere in between a comprehensive list and a list of my favorites.
Local Happy Hours that I’ve tried and enjoyed are accompanied by a photograph. Those without photograph are on my list of Happy Hours to try. All of these Happy Hours offer both food and drink specials.
This is meant to be a living document—feel free to comment with your favorite happy hour, and check back later for updates.
